The fourth match of the NatWest series, between Australia and England was played at Lord’s. The toss was won by the England team and they choose to bat first. To start with the innings Strauss and Denly opened the English batting side. AJ Strauss scored well for his 63 runs; Shah supported him and ended up scoring 39 runs. Finally the team scored 220 runs with the run rate of 4.73 per over. From the Australian bowling side B Lee picked 5 wickets and collapsed the English team. With the easy target the Australians stated the their batsman SR Watson and Paine who made his half century, MJ Clarke played well for his 62 runs and led the Australian team to victory. The Australian team with the loss of just 3 wickets at the end of 43.4 over the team reached the target and won over the English by 7 wickets. B Lee was awarded the man of the match. The Australia led the 7 match series by 4-0.
